DMBNA Standing Rules for Steering Committee Meetings

All meetings of Steering Committee shall be open to attendance by members of the Association and interested residents.

The Steering Committee members may determine that an "Executive Session" is called for and all non-members of the Steering Committee will be required to leave the meeting during that Executive Session.

Members of the Association attending a Steering Committee Meeting may be afforded an opportunity to address the body for a period of time no more than two minutes at the beginning of the meeting. Topics addressed by said members will be taken under consideration by the Steering Committee and either be scheduled on the agenda of a future meeting or the Association Member bringing forth the topic will be advised of the Steering Committee's determination on the item.

Any disruption of a meeting by member guests in attendance will be cause for immediate removal of that member guest from the meeting.

The President, Vice-President or designee shall be responsible for the convening and conducting of business at all meetings.

Non-member residents of the Del Monte Beach Neighborhood may attend all meetings subject to above restrictions regarding "Executive Session".

A majority of the Steering Committee will determine the length, content and actions taken during any meeting.

No recordings of Steering Committee Meetings will be allowed by other than the Secretary should he/she so need to do so in the performance of their duties.
